Training got off to a good start yesterday with a decent turn out considering it was quite early. We have several games lined up as friendlies, so it's important that you get down to Rovers for the training sessions which will be every saturday 1.00pm start and wednesday 6.30pm start.
Please let us know if you cannot make it, as if you haven't trained, you will not be considered for any of the friendlies.

New players are always welcome as everyone will be pushing for a 1st team shirt, as there is no-one guaranteed one, therefore if you impress Mr Hair, you will be in.

Subs are still £5, with a concession of £3 for those at college or unemployed, and the signing on fee is still £10, but this remains your money, and you will get it back at the end of the season if you stay for the duration.

We made great strides forward last season, let's continue it this term, and put rovers back on the map.

or on a football front maybe if i was a goalkeeper i should be afraid of your defensive headers.

but on a serious note im glad you have moved on from warming up pies and expanded your cahreer to being a chef at the wheatlea.
just remember when the micro wave goes ping ! its ready!!

Hope your cooking isnt as deadly as your heading. ( in front of your own goal) ha ha.

P.S Glad to see you hav'nt lost your touch. Another great own goal on saturday in training. Your the best.

id be careful if i wer u lot pickin on young dickov, with all this knife crime going on i reckon this lad can get hold of some serious hardware...be warned!!

have you noticed that whenever chez contributes to the forum its raining !
and rain in the wonderfull land of the diehard cricketing faternity means -
Rain Stoped Play ! cause you wouldnt want your cricket whites getting wet would you ?
so that gives mr. chez a bit of spare time on hands to pick up his laptop and let his fingers work some magical spin on the key board rather than a googly leg spinner down the leg side.

and as for young dicko using a knife !
he is so use to doing things the wrong way round
[ like putting the ball in his own net ( another classic on sat ) ]
he would end up picking the knife up by the blade and cutting his fingers,
then dropping it on to his foot and bruising his toes with the handle.

funny that...i dont remember it raining sunday? think u must still be hungover from drinkin all those pimms n lemonades on a sunday nite in the officers wi rest of the the star\ wars bar clan!
