Message from the Manager "only"."Hello all" especially the young lads at the rovers.
I would just like to put the record straight.
I PICK THE TEAM, Nobody else.
I DONT have anybody telling me who to pick or what system to play.
I DONT pick my mates, Lets be honest were all mates.
Some players are picked because they play the way i want, they might not be the best in the club but they listen and do what i ask. so if your wondering why your not in the team it could be for that reason only.
I pick the team through the week ( not 2 mins before kick off). then i run it by Bri Seddon, ( thats what a captains for). Thats how it is.
We have some really great young players at rovers who i hope are ready to step up so the older lads can go and enjoy there football without as much pressure.
I want to be successfull as a manager and a player, so if i did listen to other people and did what they say then they might as well run the show, and there would be no need for me would there ?
So thats it. Come on young uns lets see what you can really do.

he is the manager and we are his players
he manages and we play
its so simple.
everybody knows what they need do to get a first team shirt
and if you put the work in and your good enough you will get one.
if you dont you still need to work just as hard to get in the reserves.
these two guys are not givin shirts away for nothing !
and yes we are ALL mates and this is a f--k-n good club

I WOULD REALLY LIKE A NICE BIG WHITE ONE WITH MATCHING WHITE PANTS AND WHITE SHOES, AND I WOULD BE CAREFULL NOT TO SPILL ANY SANDWICHES AND BEER ON THEM AND PROMISE NEVER TO GO OUT IN THEM WHEN ITS RAINING.
